Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction with the reproduction of the art you send or approve is a top priority of Fireside Printing. In the event there is a serious problem with the reproduction of approved copy, I will remedy the situation. This will either involve a re-print at no charge or a credit on your bill.

Re-prints and credits will only be offered in the event that I make a grievous error. Examples are: printing something upside down, typographical errors caused by edits I made that were not reviewed or approved by you, using colors that are way off the mark or printing on the wrong stock.

Being a manufacturing process, printing has inherent variability in the final result. Minor color variation, cut placement variation, variation in final sizes and slight movement (+/- 1/32” inch) in the positioning of printed copy are to be expected from time to time. Fireside Printing works diligently to minimize this variation, and always strives for perfection. However, 100% perfection is never possible. No refunds or credits will be issued for this normal variation.

Once you review and approve the artwork and give me the OK to go to press, the opportunity to make changes has passed. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the final result and I have produced everything to your specifications, any re-prints or re-work will be at your expense. Please review all proofs extremely carefully. The proofing process is the last chance to make changes prior to going into production.
